I’m notorious for buying everything Zara has ever made. I’m fairly crafty when it comes to clothes and try to find the best sales (lessons from my mom). My boyfriend has a different outlook, which is – buy fewer but quality items that will last a long time… sounds like a boring closet to me.     He and I went to Paris this past fall and I found an olive green coat that was the most beautiful piece of clothing I’d ever seen. I think I went back to visit about three times until Keith had enough of the visits and bought it for me. An absolute angel. Let me tell you… It may very well be the best piece I’ve ever owned. It is the perfect mix of masculine and feminine, and simple enough that I can wear it with everything, sweat pants included.     I don’t know what the moral of my story is. I guess to continue to shop at Zara because it’s amazing and on trend, but to definitely consider investing in higher end items. Sometimes a higher price really does mean a better design, and will make you feel like a BOSS, which is priceless and precisely my point.
